Do I have to install this on my computer?
No! EZ Lane Time is hosted entirely online. As long as you have an internet connection, EZ Lane Time will run. There is no software to install, just log in and your’re good to go!
Can more than one person log into EZ Lane Time?
Yes, EZ Lane Time supports synchronous multi-user log in.
Does EZ Lane Time work on a tablet?
Yes, because EZ Lane Time is browser based it will work on all tablets and iPad’s. It even works on iPhones and other smart phones!.
What is EZ Range Time?
EZ Range Time is the fastest, most affordable, and most efficient way to manage the lanes on a shooting range, archery range or any other business where you track your guest’s time.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, with EZ Lane Time you can choose the best option for you. We offer by the month or by the year memberships and you can cancel anytime!
Does the time stop when I close my browser?
No, the stopwatch stays running until you hit the stop button. You can logout and open up EZ Lane Time on another computer and the timers will still be running.
Who is EZ Lane Time good for?
Shooting Ranges, Archery Ranges, Pay by the hour Ranges, and more.
Is EZ Range Time secure?
Yes, we know how important your guests information is and our site has the lastest security certificate installed. Up to 256bit encryption!
If I email support who am I actually talking to?
Us! We do not utilize an outside customer service company so when you contact us you really get the developers and the client success team!
Can customers schedule their own reservation?
Not at this time, only you can schedule a reservation after you login to your site.
How many lanes does this support?
EZ Lane time offers packages for ranges with less than 12 lanes all the way up to unlimited lanes. Please visit our pricing page for more information about our plans.
Can I e-mail a reservation to the customer?
Not at this time, this feature will be coming in a future update.
Will I need training? How steep is the learning curve?
No, EZ Range Time was designed from the ground up by retailers, for retailers. We understand what is needed in a range management program and more importantly what is not needed! Using EZ Range Time is as easy as using a stopwatch.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
No problem! Click on the Client Portal and below the login screen, you will see “Forgot my password.” Fill it out and you will be sent a new password!

Why does the name and comments box not save any info when I close the browser
Please ensure you enter the infomation before you hit the start button on the clock.

How do I update my billing information?
When you enter the Client Portal, you will see on the right hand side a “Client Action” section, there you will be able to update your billing information!
